Shipping and Returns

All shipping rates are calculated based on individual items. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 15-25 business days. Due to current high volume of orders, please allow 25-30 business days to get your shipment.
To check how much shipping will be, please add all the items you want to your cart and then start the checkout process. Once you enter in your details, you will see the total shipping cost and your total order cost and you can go ahead and pay to complete your order.

SALE / CLEARANCE BIN / REVIEWER PRODUCTS POLICY:
Only shoes purchases above $100.00 are eligible for exchange. All other items are final sale.
With Kiboos Retail, Inc's 30 day return policy for shoes over $100, all we ask is that you send the merchandise back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same new condition.
- You can return your shoes for up to 30 days from the purchase date as long as the shoes are over $100.
- Shoes must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Please contact customer support for returns (You will get a response within 48 hours after your request)
Once your shoes return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund* will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our 45-day return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 45 days of purchase.
*A return handling fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund, along with any original shipping charges.
Please contact customer support for exchanges. In the event that you receive the wrong item or your item is damaged, please send an e-mail to email@example.com. Exchanges are only valid if we are notified within 7-10 days of you receiving your item.
